ADMISSION PROCESS

The admission process at Ramkumari College of Veterinary Science, Mukundgarh is carried out as per the prescribed rules and regulations. Candidates must carefully go through the following guidelines:

Eligibility

  • The candidate must have completed or will complete 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the admission year.

Steps Involved

  1. Verification & Submission of Documents

    • Submission of all original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies at the time of document verification.

  2. Deposition of Fees

    • Payment of admission fees and other applicable charges.

  3. Medical Examination

    • Candidates must undergo a medical fitness examination.

  • NEET-2025 Application Form

  • NEET-2025 Admit Card

  • NEET-2025 Marks Sheet

  • NEET-2025 Online Counselling Registration Form

  • Class 12th Marksheet & Certificate

  • Class 11th Marksheet

  • Class 10th Marksheet & Certificate

  • Domicile Certificate

  • Caste Certificate (if applicable, with issue date)

  • Character Certificate from the Principal of last attended institute

  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from last attended institute

  • Migration Certificate (if applicable)

  • Aadhar Card (self-attested photocopy)

  • Four recent passport-size colour photographs

  • Disability Certificate (for PH candidates, if applicable)

  • Priority Certificate (for wards of Defence/Paramilitary personnel, if applicable)

  • Gap Undertaking (if applicable)

  • Annexure-1: Physical Fitness Certificate

  • Annexure-2: Anti-Ragging Undertaking

  • Any other document(s) as required

⚠️ Important: Failure to produce any original document at the time of verification shall make the candidate ineligible for admission.

Additional Instructions

  • All records related to admission/counselling shall be retained for six months after the last counselling/cut-off date, except in cases where legal matters are pending.

  • Any candidate aggrieved by a decision may appeal within three days to the competent authority. The Chairman’s decision in such matters shall be final.

  • Admission shall remain provisional until all documents are verified/re-verified from the concerned Board/University. If at any stage, any certificate/document is found fake or invalid, the admission will be cancelled immediately and legal action will be taken.
